its definitely lucky cause you need all the balls to cooperatein order for the 8 to go,at the same time theres a little skill in it cause you have to hit 2nd ball in with perfect hit in order to make it move.when breaking thta way you are taking the chances of breaking and running the rack to a minimum.

even if u hit the rack in the perfect spot with the perfect speed the cue ball is the problem it always seems to find a way to scratch.....like what always happens to me......lol

carrie, read the question again, it says nothing about scratching, it only asked about getting the ball in on the break, nothing about keeping the cue ball on the table.
Sorry missy you need to specify not to scratch or not.
some of us take the poles as written not what is assumed.

you know what's funny? I got my 8ob last night without scratching. I had my 9ob, and both B+R's during the season. Do I get a grand slam?

I think you just get slammed. There's this annoying little requirement that insists you get them all in the SAME session; not necessarily the same season. Best of luck during this one, Everyone!

but technically that's part of the same session vivian. It was the playoffs for the session.

I think it may have to be part of the same REGULAR session play but we'll have to wait for the powers that be to confirm.

just spoke to missy and I may be missing my 9 b+r this session, which I thought I got, lol. I think the box may have not been checked or may have just been overlooked. Either way it's a mini slam. Guess I'll just have to run em on thursday.

Hey that's not bad. At least you have an 8OB, you SOB (kidding).
I'm in over 10 years and don't have one during league play.
I know it's just a matter of time because I did it once two summers ago...
