Greetings Everyone,

Aside from the obvious visual changes to the site there are quite a few new features for you to use and enjoy... and there could be many more on the way, so stay tuned!!!

Here are just a few of the new features:

Personal Photo Galleries - use the link in the left menu and click the folder icon in the upper right to create your own gallery and upload images. Each member has 3 megs of space, or approximately 85 images! You can even select one of these uploaded images into your member profile!

Member Friends list - Integrated into the private message system you can now invite members to be your friends, similar to Facebook. At present it isn't much more than a list that will appear below in your member profile, but there are big plans for this feature, so stay tuned!

Restyled Stats Area - At present there are no new stats. The stats are just re-organized into collapsible tables that are printer friendly (just use your browser's built in print function).

Member WebLogs - You can now blog about your team and your APA experience in your own personal weblog! Your blog has it's own RSS feed that anyone can subscribe to it and post comments as well... you can even link it to your MySpace or Facebook account. We all know lots of interesting things happen during league play! Now you can share those experiences with others; we just ask that you keep it positive. Enjoy!

... and there are many other changes. Please take some time to look around and let us know what you think!

Enjoy everyone!

Bob,

I have a suggestion...in the left side menu area (Where We Play!, Photo Gallery, etc) When you click a link there it turns from yellow to blue. The blue on blue makes it a little hard to see. Could you possible use a different color (white or black)?

I know, I know...petty stuff but just curious if it is possible.

Thanks,
Dave

I'm not 100% sure what you mean or what you're seeing. On mouse over it will change to a semi transparant gray (will look a little blue because of the transparancy) with black text... but we don't specify visited link colors so it should always revert back after you click/visit a link.

If your broswer isn't doing that you may be over riding the sites styles in your browser or using Internet Explorer 6 or earlier (which has a bug in it related to these types of links).

With more detail I can help. It's certainly possible to change the link colors but I want to be sure that that's the issue.

Bob,

Here is what I see...

Before I click the link I see yellow letters and blue backround
If I mouse over the link I see black letters and transparent grey backround
If I click the link I go into the link...but when I come back to the home page I now see blue letters over blue bacround..and if I mouse over the link I still see black letters and transparent grey backround.

So this issue is only after I click a link and then come back to the home page...

I access from several computers....IE6, IE7

Thanks,
Dave

It's your machines not the site.

We don't specify a visited link colors.

I would upgrade the IE6 to at least IE7 for security reasons alone, but also because it has a known bug in IE6.

If the IE7 PC is doing it then it's something you are specifying in the IE options. We're not doing it.
